Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Providing key leadership and insight to grow our position in the Retail Segment. - Lead communication and engagement efforts across this key segment to ensure that we deliver against our portfolio goals (engagement, growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, partner satisfaction). - Supporting the Relationship Management teams to help drive partner key objectives through the credit program. - Setting product, rewards and loyalty strategies for the segment through application of extensive library of performance data resident at firm. - Tracking and reporting on relevant industry data and competitive programs in order to make recommendations that keep Chase and partners ahead of industry shifts. - Supporting Business Development activities for segment. - Articulating, developing and executing plans to drive customer engagement of existing customers and newly acquired customers. - Ensuring that we develop a customer experience strategy, driving key initiatives, tracking and reporting on critical metrics and ensuring that we deliver against our customer and partner commitments and expectations. - Leading a small high performing team that will be successful through alignment and influence of Partners, the Relationship teams and other areas of the Card division. - Developing, managing and achieving a budgeted plan. Requirements: - A B.A./B.S. degree required. An M.B.A. degree desired. - 10+ years of experience with marketing strategy, portfolio
