Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Reporting both ad hoc and recurring on how customers use our products. - Developing processes and/or tools to support faster analysis & report turnaround. - Develop business cases and models for new products in conjunction with business partners. - Diagnosis of impacts of system changes or anomalies in conjunction with engineering groups. - Occasional work with marketing campaigns (we think cross-training is valuable to everybody). - Analyzing new product opportunities from inception through pilot to launch. Diverse general analysis applied to customer, account and transactional data sets to support. - End-to-end campaign management from design to fulfillment to results analysis. - Customer segmentation. - Identifying customer impact lists arising from new initiatives, systems management, or regulatory programs. - Responsible for consulting with clients to identify and define business requirements and translate marketing needs into complex analysis designs and recommendations. - Ensures adherence to compliance regulations and policies. - Responsibilities include data mining and predictive modeling, profitability analysis, new product support, customer segmentation, customer retention/satisfaction research and reporting, and campaign testing and evaluation; evaluating potential data sources and opportunities for additional statistical models; participating in development of enhanced management information capabilities; and interpreting and pres
