Responsibilities: - Assist in marketing of programs and provide coordination for various interdepartmental marketing activities. - Support marketing activities as they relate to advertising and creating brand awareness. - Centralize coordination of resources associated with creative and media planning. - Generate status reports on marketing initiatives. - Provide executive level administrative support. - Research, coordinate and distribute information for senior-level executive. - Manage internal/external phone calls, provide information and deliverables when appropriate and gather detailed, accurate and complete messages. - Respond to questions and requests for information from internal/external parties. - Organize preparation of proposals and presentations. - Coordinate and schedule meetings/appointments. - Prepare presentation materials using Power Point and other software/equipment. - Assist with special events and projects. Requirements: - 2 year degree in marketing or related field is preferred. - 2 years of experience providing executive level administrative support. - Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the field of marketing. - Ability to plan, execute, administer and report on marketing initiatives. - Excellent written/verbal communication. - Creative, analytical and evaluative thinking. - Strong team player with the eagerness and aptitude to grow. - Strong organizational skills. - Attention to detail. - Ability to prio
