Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Manage the execution of search engine marketing plans and strategies. - Work with Editorial, Creative & Production groups to develop copy & creative for acquisition (e.g. banners) and conversion (e.g. landing page) efforts. - Set up new online search marketing ad campaigns. - Traffic creative to various sites. - Analyze campaign results and take appropriate actions. - Develop and maintain monthly forecast for each product. - Coordinate the communication of marketing plans with creative, technology, business development, external suppliers and other divisions involved in the successful execution of each acquisition marketing campaign. Requirements: - A College degree is required. - 1-3 years of implementing marketing strategies, managing programs and tracking performance, with proven results, in consumer or direct marketing. - Online consumer experience preferred. - Search engine marketing experience preferred. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Strong organizational skills. - Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision attributes / Behaviors. - Strong team orientation, flexible. - Juggle multiple projects at a very fast pace. - Solid verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in Excel. - Strong analytical abilities.
