Responsibilities: Initiating jobs and creating ideas for monthly inserts. Initiating monthly radio scripts and trafficking the correct information to copywriter. Dub requests. Coop Lists, creating and maintaining them. Preparing for monthly Merchandiser's Meetings. Radio scripts for holidays and special sales. Keeping record of TV spots. File and keep track of samples. Update the client binders. Keep track of client birthdays. Research. Filing and collecting tear sheets. General client research for internal use so we stay on top of current trends. Search for job numbers. Preparing for client meetings. Preparing weekly status sheets for each client. Proofreading. Requirements: A BS degree is required. Experience as a marketing coordinator. Must be detail oriented and reliable. Bilingual a plus.
