Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Defines catalog strategy and executes; ensures integrated presence across all divisions. - Plans and executes critical photo shoots for print and video initiatives. - Works closely with product line developers, internal marketing divisions and corporate marketing to understand product line and develop integrated product launches. - Develops and implements tiered distribution communication and consumer awareness campaigns. - Generates promotional campaigns including database marketing, web-marketing, public relations and event marketing to drive consumer traffic and sales within the distribution channel. - Develops all market research including monitoring retail trends, market opportunities, competitive analysis and serves as the voice of the consumer & dealer throughout the product development process identifying market opportunities. - Defines and improves the overall go to market strategy & process. - Assists marketing team in product marketing efforts as needed. - Other duties as assigned. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in related field with 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Some Sales experience preferred. - Experience in identifying and putting metrics in place for tracking growth a must. - Previous work with an independent dealer distribution channel preferred. - Strong organizational, oral, written and presentation skills. - Demonstrated work ethic that aligns with a fast paced stressful environment. - Excel, Word, PowerPoi
