Responsibilities: - Planning, implementing and evaluating a wide variety of strategic internal communications programs to support divisional and corporate goals and objectives. - Maintain and continually improve core communications methods as part of the Employee Communications Program, ensuring they meet operating budgets and are consistent with and supportive of company-wide forms of communication (intranets, broadcast e-mails, etc.) - Quarterly Briefings assist in developing internal executive leadership messaging. - Focus news Website research, write and edit articles highlighting the latest news, on campus events, initiatives and employee highlights, ensure accuracy and timely distribution. - Participate in Executive Roundtables - Global emails Ensure that all materials meet established company communication standards and obtain appropriate approvals within specified deadlines. - Executive Blogs & Podcasts facilitate content for executive blogs and podcasts. - Providing communications relevant to multiple locations utilizing established and/or new employee. - Monitor accuracy and timeliness of information distributed. - Work closely with other functions (HR, multimedia, IS, IT, etc) to ensure timely, accurate, cost-effective completion of projects. - Juggle many priorities and competing demands for one's time. - Act resourcefully to ensure that work is completed within specified time and quality parameters. - Translate audience needs, tasks, and goa
