Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Working with key internal stakeholders to develop a thought leadership series, white papers case studies, etc. - Working with industry publications to develop supplements. - Coordinating with Public Relations to ensure efforts are coordinated and complementary. - Tracking and engaging in the blogosphere, list serves, forums, etc. to communicate and engage with customers and users within their own spaces. - Proposing and implementing the best ways to leverage social media such as Facebook and Second Life. - Working with the internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of message accurate positioning for all projects. - Managing, writing and distributing all internal communications. - Maintaining the department's intranet site as the persistent place for all marketing communications and materials to reside. - Developing content for internal and external newsletters. - Managing the message and content on the Corporate website to ensure it is up-to-date. - Media/advertising planning and relations. - Communicate strategic perspectives to in house designers and copywriters as well as external agencies. - Create and manage project planning documents, campaign budgets and return on investment information. - Analyze and measure project effectiveness, providing feedback to management on project effectiveness and new opportunities or gaps. - Ensure use of appropriate systems (Customer Relationship Management, contact management etc.) to manage, track a
