Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Manage development and execution of creative projects within those guidelines, and maintain consistency of execution within the creative vision. - Responsible for identifying appropriate media for advertising, assessing and recommending placements. - Coordinate content, graphics and visual design of the Campus Door web sites and corporate identity materials. - Conceive, develop, and design marketing and advertising campaign materials for all channels. - Mentor and develop staff. - Execute projects as assigned, projects to range across entire Marketing discipline from direct mail, to new product launch, to brand assessment, etc. - Develop systems and processes as needed to track project progress and resource utilization. - Manage marketing involvement with internal projects as assigned. Attend meetings, represent marketing viewpoint, report back clearly and concisely. - Manage external projects with key vendors, agencies and other service providers. - Regularly reports on Project and Resource status to VPM. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Marketing-related Master's degree preferred. - 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, displaying advancement and readiness to serve as a departmental manager. - Consumer financial marketing and/or student loan experience highly preferred. - Supervisory experience preferred. - Highly organized.
