Responsibilities: - Identifies, collects, and analyzes relevant information in order to optimize and make recommendations for benefit summary enhancement. - Identifies opportunities for process improvement. - Drives brand, composition, approval and output of Benefit Summary & Disclosure. - Tracks and measures metrics around benefit summaries. - Drive usability enhancements for OES (Order Entry System). - Drive readiness for collateral automation. Reporting to: The Campaign Management team. Requirements: - A BA/BS degree in Marketing or equivalent is required. - Strong analytical skills (measures, analyzes and reports out on impact). - Detail oriented. - Problem solving. - Process improvement. - Execution driven. - Ability to build trust and collaborative partnerships. - Leverages technology and social media.
