Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement "focused" ACS sales campaigns & programs. - Respond to customer inquiries call, format RFI/RFP, etc. - Develop a process and information database to provide "go to" support for ACS external Area Sales Managers, particularly for new international representatives. - Develop internal processes in support of ACS Sales & Marketing initiatives provide the link between request and response. - Coordinate with Proposal group to provide Sales & Marketing inputs for proposals & Gate Reviews. - Provide support for on-site customer visits (presentations, tours); provide account back-up for Sales team. - Development of ACS sales strategy assist in establishing not-to-exceed pricing, repair/overhaul ranges, customer classifications, etc. and create ACS business unit policy to establish proposal standards which support the strategy. Reports to: The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager. Requirements: - A BA/BS degree, with preference for an emphasis in business marketing, engineering or a related field. - 5-10 years of sales and marketing experience in aviation; with preference for a strong commercial aviation and/or maintenance, repair & overhaul. - In depth knowledge of sales & marketing skills. - Detailed Spirit product & service knowledge is preferred. - Excellent verbal & written communications skills. - Team player: ability to get things done through people & other organizations. - Must be a self-starter.
