Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Regional Market Solutions leaders for Specialty Benefits on sales, marketing and operational projects. - Work cross-functionally with other departments on key marketing projects in a timely manner by managing and collecting information from internal functional areas. - Interact with other business units through sales, marketing, operations and proposal staff at OptumHealth/company offices nationwide to ensure the efficient coordination of projects. - Coordinate market solution projects and related activities to ensure that projects are complete, accurate and presented in a high quality manner. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive database for specific materials / competitive information to refer to when necessary. - Support Market Solutions as needed, in writing and editing copy for training, sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and other materials. - Provide editing / database support for the production of newsletters and other communications on an ad hoc basis. - Support the goals of the National and Regional Market Solutions Leaders by performing ad hoc duties as assigned. - Some Administrative Assistance support will be required. Requirements: - An Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required. - Project Management Experience is required. - Proficiency in MS Office/ PowerPoint. - Strong communication and strong organizational skills.
