Responsibilities: - Organize data in a logical manner and prepare reports with graphic illustrations to clearly communicate findings to Market Research Managers, business units, and other internal clients. - Facilitate implementation and provide on-going support of on-line research panel (Think Passenger) projects and reporting of results. Work with internal teams to develop projects as needed. This includes coordinating volume, timing, and consistency of panel dialogs and resources. - Assist GMR managers with implementation of primary research strategies and projects as needed. - Gather secondary research on various topics using sources that will yield most relevant results. - Provide administrative assistance in budget tracking, data and report management and distribution, scheduling, etc. - Coordinate posting of research reports and information on intranet site. - Support market research communication flow across all firm Group brands and market research groups. Requirements: - 4-year college or university degree Business, Marketing, Market Research, Economics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong mathematical, statistical and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently. - Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint. - Familiarity with online search engines and databases. - Strong problem-solving with ability to synthesize information from disparate sources. - Knowledge of
