Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain and coordinate the content of websites. - Support online marketing campaigns by managing internal and external staffers and vendors in creating landing pages, email blasts and online advertisements. - Develop comprehensive project plans and execute all web-based initiatives within budget and timeline while working closely across all organizations within the company. - Optimize the Company family of websites for search engine listings, site rankings, keywords and monitor and report on competitor standings. - Seek out and develop new ways to drive traffic and increase revenue through innovative communications approaches as well as monitor and analyze performance measures to improve the website and direct marketing initiatives. - Serve as an internal web marketing agency for Channel, Product, & Consumer marketing; Public Relations and Event marketing. - Understanding various business questions each client is seeking to answer and be able to provide proactive front and back end solutions / metrics to those questions. - Must be able to lead external vendors and agencies in the development of web site builds/rebuilds, web hosting, microsite development and hosting. - Be able to comprehend and implement on-going revises and updates driven by changes in the industry, technology, and that keep pace with Company's international growth.
