Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Plans and organizes area coverage and sales approach to assure effective development of assigned sales area in solicitation of new leads and accounts, which includes cold calling. To achieve the sales goals that are set and measured by the Director of Inside Sales. - Provide close personal service to develop long-term customer relationships, seek out and develop new business and product sales, and increase market share. - Utilizing a consultative approach, position and qualify the primary customer need and situation to align solutions and services. - Develop and manage marketing demand generation activities including but not limited to webinars, email campaigns, and outbound calling for assigned territory. - Conduct prompt follow-up on leads from activities including but not limited to strategic partners, trade shows, and marketing activities. - Utilize CRM tool to build an accurate database of useful information. - Capturing statistical data on prospective customers including competitors' products, quality, sales, pricing, and limitations including marketing procedures. - Create product proposals. - Continually improves product knowledge through familiarization with all product literature, product specifications, and available product training. - Build and maintain a solid working relationship with all team members. - Participates in defining the best approach to marketing, promotion and sale of all products and services.
