Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Define and measure market opportunities for the defined customer segment. - Drive the use of market research to identify market and adjacent opportunities, integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning and assess competitor portfolios. - Facilitate innovative customer offerings and create compelling "proof points". - Align strategic, operational and marketing communication to lead execution. - Lead and drive all marketing initiatives and processes for your product/portfolio/segment. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent (defined as an Associates degree and 7 years of experience in healthcare capital equipment or medical devices product or services marketing) is required. - An MBA or Master's degree in marketing is desired. - 5 years of experience in product marketing (in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering) is required. - Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product development, commercialization and branding. - Healthcare product/industry acumen. - Develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas. - Strong analytical and process skills. - Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams. - Excellent oral and written communications skills. - Ability to understand clinical benefits of technological and scientific advances. - Willingness to travel.
