Responsibilities: - Responsible for developing business relationships, negotiating, and driving deals with potential service providers and third parties within the WiMAX Program Office. - Driving complex business transactions from deal conception and negotiations to contract closure with companies which positively and significantly impact the business's bottom line and/or competitive position. - Establishing deal structures and business models comprehending intellectual property concerns, licensing scope, statements of work, go to market strategies, and others as appropriate for the business. - Working with company Capital colleagues to proactively utilize equity tools for M&A and provide business agreement support for venture investments. - Contributing to business strategy development or other strategic projects as appropriate. Requirements: - 10 years of marketing and business development experience. - Deep understanding of wireless communications ecosystem. - Deep knowledge and experience in the wireless communications industry. - Preferred candidates will have worked with or managed carrier relationships in the past and driven business initiatives with these companies.
