Responsibilities: - Develop strategic market plans, identify areas for growth by conducting market research, be able to create, maintain the business case and create specific, usable market reports. Support sales with customer visits and attend trade events. - Work with Sales to seek new market opportunities within the company's distinctive competence and manage them with the CRM tool. - Develop a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. - Work with Sales to develop the product pricing strategy. - Identify best opportunities for lead generation and develop a measurement of their success. - Forecast and drive opportunities for product lines by market while monitoring industry innovations. - Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance in relation to pre-set company standards as well as to the general and specific trends within the industry and the economy. - Conceive, develop, project manage and execute market strategies and tactics based on solid measurements of previous campaigns and input from sales and CRM. - Evaluate market reactions to advertising programs, other marketing programs to ensure a timely adjustment of the marketing strategy to meet the changing market and competitive conditions, within budget. - Plan and manage a yearly Marketing/Sales meeting. - Manage the corporate website. - Develop and manage yearly & quarterly Market Planning Program and budgets. - Knowledge of and competent use of a
