Responsibilities: - Assist in developing fully integrated long term asset plans that include athlete/entertainer utilization in the areas of brand marketing, category positioning, public relations, SLD, lifestyle/performance messages, etc. - Research specific sports/Reebok assets to assist in developing specific athlete plans. - Create innovative platforms to drive brand/athlete awareness. - Execute specific activation ideas. - Work with various disciplines across the company to gather all relevant information to develop plans. - To have strong pulse on global sports happenings to ensure brand capitalizes on relevant athlete achievements. - Foster relationships with key athlete/management. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree required. - 3-5 years of experience across all areas of marketing. - Strong creative and general business skills. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. - Comprehensive knowledge of apparel and footwear industry and products. - In-depth understanding of the dynamics in his/her marketplace as it relates to the target consumer. - Possess a strong passion for the brand, urban culture and athletic environment. - Willingness to work as part of a team and lead cross functional activities to benefit regional marketing efforts.
