Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Partner with Director in development of long term brand growth plans and annual business plans. - Be the "thought leader" in the development & execution of brand marketing programs designed to deliver the brand's annual volume & profit commitment. Some types of marketing programs include promotions, public relations, package development, websites & advertising. - Champion new products through development, approval and launch to achieve volume & profit objectives. - Lead multi-functional partners in the on-time & on-budget implementation of all aspects of key initiatives. - Clear, concise & persuasive written & oral communication to all multi-functional partners to ensure alignment and accurate executions of key initiatives. - Analysis & interpretation of VineOne shipment & depletion trends at the national, state & local levels. - Analysis & interpretation of segment, VineOne brand & key competition consumption trends. - Analysis & interpretation of marketplace pricing to develop competitive pricing strategies. - Develop & be accountable for brand's marketing budget. - Develop, analyze and interpret P&Ls at the brand and product line levels. - Manage 5-year brand & product forecast, manage product allocations & at-risk inventory for vintage-dated products - Nurture collaborative working relationships with the Sales, winery Operations and Promotions teams.
