Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Develop, coordinate, and implement collateral and other marketing materials that support acquisition and retention for residential Video, Phone and High Speed Internet products. - Manage the design, print production, and mail-house responsibilities of campaigns, retention, and sales support materials. - Analyze results, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations and innovative marketing solutions for campaign activity and communication efforts. - Interact with and develop a deep understanding of our competition across all products. - Assess and understand offers, strategies, positioning, tactics and targeting for use in developing marketing materials. - Coordinate and process invoices for payment of marketing materials and services allocating funds appropriately as described per the budget. - Perform other marketing related duties as assigned. - Identify opportunities for process improvements. - Manage vendors and processes for subscriber communications including, but not limited to, channel line up cards, rate notifications, welcome kits and change of service notifications. - Support area level implementation of new product and service enhancements for Video, High Speed Internet and Company Digital Voice products. - Create and distribute all departmental communications related to product changes, rate notifications, and training to internal cross-functional customers. - Work independently and collaboratively with outside vendors
