Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Agency management team, led by the Managing Director and Agency Sales Director, in developing a detailed marketing plan and executing marketing strategies for the Agency which are aligned with the Agency's business plan. Implement and track annual marketing plan. - Manage lead generation/distribution programs to support selected target markets. - Research orphaned client marketing programs and identify cross-selling opportunities for Financial Service Representatives/Sales Agents. Take advantage of new marketing opportunities by aligning Agency strategy to changes in the marketplace. - Oversee marketing training for the Agency, to include the marketing portion of the Essential Skills program, Experienced (EXP) Financial Service Representatives/Sales Agents and Management team marketing skill development. - Worth with Agency management team to identify opportunities for "Recruiting to Markets." Develop a plan/approach to educate the Financial Service Representative/Sales Agents on the promotion and support the Agency with marketing materials. - Ensure marketing programs align with and support the Agency's diversity initiatives. - Be a visible and respected leader in community events. Ensure local promotion for the Agency by developing and maintaining relationships with "Centers of Influence." Responsible for branding the firm in the local market place. - Develop, implement and promote the company and local value propositions. -
