Responsibilities: - Work with client contact(s) to develop plans, success criteria, plan execution and success measures centered on client marketing objectives. - Work with internal multi-disciplinary team to develop and execute projects. - Develop recommendation for continual improvement and expansion of client relationship. - Manage account financial activity including cost proposals, GP worksheets, and overall account profitability via billing and gross profit objectives. - Strive to provide value added service and over-delivery to the client to drive new sales. - Manage Account Team activity including establishing individual objectives, measurement/evaluation against objectives, and individual development plans. - Conduct individual evaluations on a minimum twelve (12) month basis. - Assist and support new business client growth strategies, initiatives and presentations. Requirements: - A College degree is required. - 2-5 years of experience in an agency and/or a client marketing environment is required. - Superior written and oral communications skills. - Excellent presentation skills. - Demonstrates superior organizational and project management capabilities. - Basic understanding of accounting and financial functions.
