Oversees daily operational work flow of all business processing; prepares reports, charts and other measurement statistics required to monitor; directs and supports sales department Oversees payroll process for both Admin Associates and Benefit Consultants in all Florida regions Oversees Medicare Sales department s routine compliance requirements in conjunction with Regulatory Affairs for Agent licensing, appointments, internal/external complaints and in house training programs Monitors printed and promotional materials used for marketing purposes to ensure all are approved Oversees Medicare Sales department s documentation process for HR including hires, terminations, personnel requisitions, performance improvement plans and all associated file maintenance Assists with new development and revision of marketing materials; maintains adequate inventory levels across the state Assists with budget management to ensure expenses meet target goals Acts as a liaison between Sales and other operations Expedites high priority support services to the sales team as necessary
