Leads and coordinates client readiness assessments. Facilitates business plan implementation for a significant market segment (Large, Complex, and/or National Account groups). Accountable for the overall success of larger-scale and/or highly complex implementations for new accounts, renewals and buy up implementations. Manages completion of all critical deliverables to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of our contract obligations to our customers. Ensures seamless customer experience including transition from previous carrier/provider of service. Acts as primary contact/liaison between customers to resolve issues related to implementation plan design and customer deliverables. Plans implementation timeline and milestones, tracks progress, monitors and communicates project status regularly, and identifies and resolves issues related to the implementation.
