Job Description:
Develops sales presentations to enhance sales and negotiation skills of workforce. May develop training tools to improve sales capabilities of workforce.3. Participates in key industry events such as RIMS, and drives development of new key producer relationships.4. Collaborates with internal and external partners in the development of processes to better service customer needs.5. Responsible for identification, design and implemetation of processs improvement within functional area(s) of expertise ie., Cross-sell.6. Provides direction on resolution of issues and monitors success of cross-sell. Drive key stakeholders to improve organizational effectiveness around cross-sell handling capabilities.7. Oversees standardization of processes, process improvement redesign and automation, and best practices, work around process, system or other changes that impact internal controls.May perform additional duties as assigned. Reporting RelationshipTypically AVP or above Skills: Skills, Knowledge & Abilities 1. Senior level knowledge of marketing, process, operations and reporting principles and practices as well at the organization and industry.2. The ability to effectively influence at all levels of the organization
