Day in the Life of a DCAV Specialist might involve: Researching provider information utilizing various databases and the internet.Interpreting returned faxes from providers in order to adequately update the provider databases.About 10-15% of total work would be calling providers to verify information and then making updates based on the information received.Communication with area market representatives, the contract load department, and the auditing team.Managing time between researching and updating provider information.Working as a team with other associates to reach goals set for each market.Accountability to reach individual goals set.Role Essentials Associate's/Bachelor's DegreeProficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs, including Word and ExcelAbility to type 50-55 wpm Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracyGood communication skillsOperates as a team playerAccountabilityTime management and organization skillsCritical thinking and research skillsCapacity to maintain confidentiality Role Desirables Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience Reporting Relationships You will report to a Frontline Leader. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
