Job Description:
Consistently meet commitments to customers/suppliers/sales/management. Travel to sales customer offices, present information to Sales/Customers. Assist CSR\'s/Sales in working with plants to meet customer need by dates Communicate to customer service team sales changes in policies and procedure. Facilitate conference calls for specific accounts (daily, monthly, etc.) Work with Manager/Employee to resolve problems. Must have a working understanding of the Team and Customer Service budgets, recovery and financials. Must be able to interpret and analyze data provided to evaluate performance and make business decisions. Work with Customer Service Directors, Regional Sales Managers for work flow issues Problem solve in a variety of areas - Deliveries, product quality, work with customers for their specific requirements. Communicate with Customer Service Director, Regional Sales Managers to communicate issues regarding sales reps / customer issues. Qualifications High school diploma. 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience preferred. Excellent communications skills to converse with sales, plant personnel and prospects/customers regarding their business needs.
