Detail Shop Manager
Fine Airport Parking
We are looking for the leader of our detail/restoration shop at Fine Airport Parking. We provide one of the best working environments in the detailing business. This opportunity provides a challenge, financial rewards and personal fulfillment.
• Responsible for managing, scheduling, team building, quality control for 12-20 employees.
• 600 cars per month.
• Manage and order supplies.
• Responsible for MSDS log.
• Ensure customers receive superior service and a quality product every visit to Fine.
• Ability to develop rapport with customers and maintain a strong working relationship.
• Effectively manage a changing environment.
• Provides fair and consistent leadership. Inspire others to achieve goals.
• Highly productive and a self starter.
• Willingness to comply to our system and processes
Benefits Include:
• Fine Airport Parking full-time employees need to work 32 hours or more weekly.
• Health and Dental insurance available after meeting 90 day probation. Fine pays half (1/2) of employee monthly premium.

Job Requirements:
Previous experience with Detail Shop Management perferred.
