Provide senior-level direct response and brand marketing insights and training to media team, including: o Execution of reach and frequency analysis o Execution of 3rd party research for inclusion into campaign development o Segmentation and targeting strategies o Development of campaign architecture o Media plan development and media buying as needed o Development and maintenance of publisher relationships, including senior-level contacts o Negotiation of contracts with media publishers as needed o Execution of campaign optimization strategies and techniques o Use of email, rich media, PPC search mobile and emerging media o Manage media staff on specific accounts, including responsibility for overall workflow; hiring and training of associated media staff; and feedback/performance evaluation of associated media staff
