1. Health Insurance. Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield POS plan. There is an employee contribution depending on pay level and type of plan selected.
2. Dental. Aetna provides. Employee contributions per pay period are $5 individual or $10 family.
3. Long Term Disability.
4. Life Insurance of 2 times salary, up to $250,000.

Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
At least 5 to 8 years of related work experience in software development on a Windows platform in the healthcare industry. Successful experience leading a team of technical resources.
1. Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and the .NET framework, data architectures, Active Directory Service and MSMQ.
2. Expertise with design patterns, specifically the Microsoft Patterns and Practices.
3. Knowledge of User Interface design and development methodologies
4. 5+ years experience in VB6, C# or Visual Basic .Net, MS .Net development, ASP.Net, Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, XSD), Windows Forms applications, and MS SQL Server (T-SQL, DTS, triggers, stored procedures), XML, and XSL.
5. 6+ years of Enterprise Class software development experience.
6. Experience with MS Visual Basic 6.0 and ASP 1.0 / 2.0.
7. Experience managing a team of developers.
8. Administrative and development utilizing MS SQL Server 2000 (SQL Server 2005 a plus).
9. Experience leading software development teams
10. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related work experience.
