Job Description:

Direct the development and maintenance of training manuals and procedures. - Directly perform routine assessments of service level commitments and actual performance against those goals. - Acts as a final point of quality control for the organization and resolves issues that might arise through day-to-day activities. - Direct the development and management of systems software inventory procedures for desktop systems in coordination with Desktop Support Services. - Manage Support Services staff to meet all problems and service requests within appropriate time parameters. Also to monitor the corporate network and computer systems and provide broadcast notification to appropriate personnel based on system events. - Direct and develop project plans for initiatives undertaken in development of the Support Services department. - Direct or acts as a Project Manager for initiatives within the Support Services function. - Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules. - Develop and maintain periodic reporting structures supporting the communication of performance against standard service levels for systems and network operations.
