Estimator directs and oversees the construction cost estimating and budgeting activities for building projects, and advises on cost estimating procedures.Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Estimating Dept., including the preparation of construction cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering for projects.Responsible for identifying and tracking leads for future projects, and deciding which projects to pursue and responsible for reviewing all estimates.Develops, plans, supervises, and participates in the preparation of construction cost estimates building structures.
