ScrumMaster certification a plus Understanding of XP practices such as Test Driven Development, paired programming, user story development and release planning. Extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task effectively. Experience tailoring software methodologies to specific company and project needs Ability to set up a software development program Desire to be creative and deliver extraordinary results Exceptional interpersonal/written communication skills Engineering management experience a plus Experience developing enterprise software a plus Significant experience working with object oriented technologies including Java Capability to achieve objectives under tight deadlines.
