RESPONSIBILITIES:Campaign Project Management:* Work with Sales and Marketing executives to develop campaign proposals with strong business cases. Multiple campaigns will run simultaneously, and will be able to quantify resources needed. * Develop and maintain project plans and ensure all stakeholders are kept up-to-date via professional decks, status reports and meeting minutes* Lead cross-functional team meetings (Sales, Marketing, Portfolio, Research Ebusiness, Customer Service, Digital Solutions, Product Management) to help develop, execute and learn from campaigns and utilize marketing experience to cultivate in-depth knowledge of business needs and financial industry trends * Maintain strong working relationship with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, eBusiness, Transfer Agency)through diplomacy and business finesse utilizing conference calls and meetings, etc.; identify campaign team members and leverage resources to gain commitment and effectively develop and execute campaigns * Shared accountability for ensuring tasks are executed on time during planning and execution phases* Capture and report best practices and improvement opportunities to improve the campaign process and communicate results across the organization * Collaborate with product managers on primary campaigns and coach and serve as subject manner expert on secondary campaigns Other Projects * Research opportunities and develop proposal to integrate Campaign Central with other systems.
