Creates and maintains a current resource forecast. Develops staffing plans that facilitate proactive resource provisioning to meet planned demand. Integrates Bank project task schedules with other production operations activities. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project/program on schedule and within budget constraints. Identifies cross-project interdependencies and addresses resource conflicts. Serves as an internal project consultant, working on multi-disciplinary projects across Information Services departments and/or other Bank divisions. Manages people and other resources indirectly as part of cross-functional team delegation. Provides project status reports to all stakeholders.
