Job Description:
Develop proposals for maintenance, upgrade, or repair of equipment and structural components in conjunction with Corporate and Facility Engineers. o Develop budget requirements, and maintain purchase orders and maintenance inventories.o Administer outside engineering vendor contracts.o Review, comply with, and enforce the company's Affirmative Action Plans for minorities, women, and persons with disabilities.o May at times be needed to serve as a Transportation Agent to facilitate transportation needs of guests (or supplies) in lieu of a dedicated Transportation Agent at the hotel, if applicable.
