Job Description:

Lead strategic identification and detailed definition of strategic initiatives; 2) Develop and maintain project roadmap and project plans to track and ensure delivery of project objectives; 3) Lead definition and measurement of success metrics to objectively quantify project success; 4) Creation & management of budgets; 5) Issues management & resolution. The Regional PMO manages a portfolio of projects each year and will work with other department PMOs and the Enterprise PMO to identify linkage & synergies between projects & programs throughout the enterprise. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, operations or IT. A master's degree is preferred. The successful candidate will have approximately 10-15 years of pertinent experience. This experience must include at least 5 in a senior leadership role leading large teams of people in broad areas such as the following functions: Wireless Network Engineering information systems, customer service, operations, general management.
