Chief Engineer who is highly organized and personable with a great eye for details and can manage people, projects and time at our property located near the Las Vegas Hilton!!This individual will maintain the entire HGV facility, including physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with the energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs. Ensure the upkeep of the landscaping and guest areas to maintain an attractive property. Manage all rehabilitation, expansion and specials projects as assigned.
