Supports the Session I, II, and C business process through Engineering and Business channels. * Will be responsible for on-time completion of New Product Introduction, requisition design work, field support, Manufacturing and Supply Chain engineering support, and technical support of installations. * Scope of jobs range from component redesigns and uprates to full units designs to match customer and market expansion areas. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering ( BSME ). * GB Certified (GE Employees only). * Minimum of 8 years experience in Reciprocating Compressor, Recip Engine or Turbo-machinery Engineering. * Must have direct people management experience (minimum of 1 year). Desired * Demonstrated success in leading a team. * Process improvement mindset. * Self-motivated and able to effectively drive change within a cross-functional organization.
