Business Operations Team, examines and verifies subcontractor invoices submitted through the eInvoicing system, prior to approval and payment. May have limited contact with engagement team members, as well as subcontractor staff.* Coordinates and communicates with subcontracting staff to resolve issues, minimizing rejected invoices, improper payments, and incorrect posting to the project for project-level financials.* Other responsibilities may include establishing Purchase Orders, tracking and reviewing open POs; tracking, reviewing, and reporting AP, including hard and soft accruals.
