Controller who can analyze and report all levels of data. The Controller will be responsible for reporting hotel performance to ownership on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Job Description:1. Responsible for all Accounting and Finance functions 2. Evaluates and administers all internal controls3. Handles all aspects of cash flow, including forecasting4. Supervises Accounting Managers and hourly staff, including general cashier, accounts payable, accounts receivable and income audit.5. Oversees the night audit process with the help of Operations Manager6. Prepares month end statement with variance explanation7. Prepares 30-60-90 day forecasts.8. Responsible for annual budgeting including training managers on the process and procedures 9. Produces comparison reports for ownership 10.
