Responsibilities: - Develops annual and long-term objectives relating to the product development programs with direct reports ensuring alignment with the division driving intended impact. Measures performance of direct reports against success criteria and provides feedback. Builds executive talent and sponsors future leaders. - Aligns divisional activities and investments to deliver against the integrated strategy and plan. - Communicates portfolio strategies and plans globally within the division and functions. - Develops the upstream vision for the division and its contribution to the achievement of BSC objectives. Deploys cross-divisional and corporate system/process knowledge when appropriate to support execution and hit product development timelines. - Pursues, recommends, provides input and champions acquisitions for the division. - Supports/Drives significant system modifications/changes. Ensures global communication and coordination of key marketing choices.
