Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Marketplace, trends, competition, product definition, customer requirements, pricing, positioning, value propositions and the overall business justifications. - Formulate high impact product strategies for growth and innovation. - Lead the marketing role for the lifecycle execution of product development programs. - Synthesize broad concepts and business strategies into structured product development plans. - Interact with R&D, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Sales to enable market growth and new applications. Utilizes a high level of business acumen and works across the organization to achieve corporate objectives. - Manages both managers and individual contributors. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences is required. - An Advanced degree (MBA or PhD) and experience managing managers is preferred. - 15+ years of related domain experience in product marketing with 10+ years of management experience. - Strong scientific or engineering background. - Record of success in related functions, including product management, strategic marketing, business development, sales, and technical. - Superb communication, relationship, and influencing skills. - Ability to drive complex, multi-body processes to successful outcomes. - Exceptional ability to create business plans and define, drive and commercialize product requirements into successful products. - Proven superior skills in end-to-end product marketing lifecycle and
