Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Research, design, implement, and manage marketing programs. May manage long and short term alternative funding projects; develop marketing materials; make contact and solicit contributions from entities such as gas appliance manufacturers, distributors and installers. Serve as liaison between outside contractors and internal departments. Identify, design, and implement core-business initiatives to initiate, optimize existing capital expenditures. - Manages, identifies, evaluates, and implements cost-effective marketing programs, including web based programs, to grow the core business, increase capital productivity, and support burner tip initiatives. - Crafts business cases for the proposed marketing initiative that include: a marketing plan, advertising plan, sales plan, and detailed financial performance expectations. - Analyzes factors such as pricing, distribution, and product and service performance. Provides statistical reports and recommendations to management. - Reviews and evaluates marketing programs and services. Gathers and examines information relating to the performance of marketing products and services. - Acts as project leader of cross-functional teams to successfully meet program schedules, budgets and objectives. - Manages internal and external resources (advertising, information technology, finance, trade, and research) to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and security of information, dependability, and timeliness of work. - Inte
