Responsibilities: - Build & implement creative/innovative brand marketing strategies and plans that are fully integrated across the team to ensure appropriate brand positioning and seamless execution. - Act, and is accountable for others in his/her team acting, in complete & total compliance with all laws, regulations and policies. - Ensure that the overall Franchise budget and promotional mix is aligned to the strategies and tactics. - Take responsibility for development and full implementation of assigned/relevant 3-year brand plans in support of assigned brand(s) and marketing activities. - Contribute as an "expert" within Rituxan hematology- to team members directly in Rituxan Marketing or outside (e.g. Hematology Pipeline)- bringing depth of technical marketing skills and product-related knowledge to help the overall franchise continue to grow and excel. - Participate, as and when needed/appropriate, in cross-functional or other project teams; helping the overall business of firm to continuously evolve, improve & excel. - Follows all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of all activities. Is accountable for being fully knowledgeable of all relevant policies and for abiding by these. - Team Support & Leadership. - Brand Development & Planning. - Brand Management. - Cross-Functional/Project Support/Participation & Personal Development. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree required. An MBA or other related graduate-level degree is preferred.
