Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Responsible for the success of ACT core releases and service packs. - Will recommend the strategic course of action affecting long-term investment and profitability. - Will research, prioritize and document market requirements. - Work cooperatively with R&D, Product Marketing, and other departments to deliver products that meet market requirements and generate competitive advantage. - Responsibilities also include project or program leadership, consulting and reviewing the work of others. Requirements: - A BS/BA degree is highly preferred, an MBA degree is preferred. - 4+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent CRM market experience, preferably in customer/contact management, CRM, or salesforce automation. - Experience with Product Planning, requirements, documentation, research, trade-off's, pricing, enhancements/upgrades, roadmap. - Experience in environment that sells product directly through retail, value -added reseller, on-line and direct sales is ideal. - Proven Business management leadership bringing new products to market and ensuring overall success is highly preferred. - Create and manage relationships with external business partners. - Understanding Contact Management and/or CRM markets is preferred. - Business Planning: Market research (primary & secondary), competitive analysis, forecast, market sizing, segmentation. - Product lifecycle management. - Ability to follow established lifecycle process. - Complete p
