Responsibilities: Responsible to build and execute plans to expand the appropriate use of Fragmin in the oncology setting. Will build tools to assist reps in hospital settings. Responsible for driving advertising and promotion tactics specific to the extended treatment indication. Responsible for the implementation of professional and consumer marketing programs. Assist in providing strategic and budget input into the brand business plan. Will run POA meetings and ensure flawless execution. Will create and maintain relationships with key therapeutic opinion leaders. Will understand and build appropriate programs to support managed markets, specialty pharmacy and GPO efforts. Will work between marketing and sales by soliciting representative information and developing tools to assist in message delivery. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree is required. 4 years of pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience, with 2 years of experience as Associate Product Manager, or other proven related marketing experience (i.e. market research, business analytics, commercial development, sales training). Hospital selling or marketing experience preferred. Understanding of the Oncology patient setting preferred. POA or equivalent sales force meeting experience. Experience working and directing agencies and vendors. Proven track record demonstrating positive program ROI while working within budget. Ability to collaborate with multiple functions.
