Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Maintain worldwide market expertise for products and franchises, including in-depth knowledge of competitor products and strategies, market trends and dynamics, market/franchise critical success factors, and customer needs. - Develop strategies to address product performance issues, product recall or lack of customer satisfaction with assigned products/franchises including identifying replacement products and/or line extensions. - Develop and update annual marketing strategies including market analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, product positioning, competitive assessments, and SWOT or other situation assessment. - Lead key strategic initiatives including, but not limited to, directing trade-show product focus and participating as required in trade-show events, development of product focused case studies/white papers, and building seed sites/referral practices. - Develop key opinion leader relationships. - Manage internal product issues, including complaints, inventory/back-orders, labeling/packaging, brand naming, list number assignment, regulatory interface for claims guidance. - Assess new markets and opportunities in support of BD and R&D. - In support of new product launches, develop preliminary worldwide marketing plans and launch strategies including launch binders (product overview, positioning, claims guidance, competitive landscape, target pricing, critical success factors, market dynamics). - Support launch readiness includin
