Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Conduct seed product training for Winfield Solutions and member cooperative employees to promote the marketing and sales of specified products. And be knowledgeable on AgriSolutions CPP product line; training as needed. - Evaluate sources of genetics and develop the product lineup and production and distribution plan for the specified crops and area. - Develop pricing, sales and marketing materials and special promotions for the specified marketing area and crops. - Develop agronomic/technical training materials for CROPLAN GENETICS and cooperative employees. Requirements: - An Associated or Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field and 5+ years of experience is required. - Experience in plant breeding, genetics, and genetic testing is preferred. - Gaining Commitment, Building Customer Loyalty, Technical/Professional Knowledge, Building Partnerships, Formal Presentations, Contributing to Team Success, Managing Work. - Willingness to travel.
